Lost or Missing Orders – If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you may request a replacement or refund.

Unshipped Orders – If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation and full refund.

Refund Requests – Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

For security and health reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products.

    Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

    Opened or Used Products – For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered items.

    Delivery Confirmation – If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we cannot issue refunds unless there is verifiable proof of non-receipt.

    Change of Mind – Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
